"America's Servicing Company, Wells Fargo, and U.S. Bank, N.A. as Trustee and private Yale Mortgage Owner. Presently in Foreclosure, denied Loan Modification during this time. Magistrate extended three {3} months with trial December 19th. Wells Fargo did not send a representative to court. I was called by a Program Counselor, who asked Underwriting to do another reading from the Underwriting Software. He stated I was eligible with my LBA score 70% for pre-approval. He also used the same software and we were denied again.
Principle and Interest at 9%, denied loan mod scam several time within the same year for many years. Property was not transferred correctly, from investor to investor as my mortgage was sold and re-sold. We believe our mortgage
collection/foreclosure action is illegal. We need help, we are on fix income and have been lied to since 2007. We need a lower fix rate and all excessive fees
forgiven."

  • Woody Kahn, original Owner of the mortgage has surface from changing hand. His name has appeared on a recent letter from Brandi Walker regarding options for me to appeal the loan modification denied. Reason stated insufficient income. The Bank refused to reduce principal and interest rate. I was told by the Preservation Specialist that i must show sufficient income to possibly get an approval, also a $200 appraisal fee could be add to the back of the loan. April 30, 2015, is pushing me with a deadline for closure. We have proof of documents signatures unlawfully, deceptive practices, defects discrepancies, faulty trust, incorrect substitution assigned, and failure to conduct mediation as required by law. Yale Mortgage, U.S. Bank, N.A. as Trustee, Wells Fargo, and America Servicing must produce itemized Loan History. Still refusing!!
