"Company used all my cash value of my policy without notify me my statements always reflected that my premium was 167 dollars . I then get a notice my policy was in grace period if I did not pay increase which is now 583 dollars every quarter .i have tried to get some resolve to no avail get run around that they sent me a notice if this is so why was it not reflected in my payment statement .I have retired and cannot afford this payment . This policy is my husband Charles J Clark"

  • We have had a similar policy with this company for 30 years. We just received the same letter about the lapsed grace period asking us for $259. We paid $105 a quarter for 30 years and they are now claiming we have no funds available. I am also planning to contact an attorney. This is my husband's policy Richard DeFrancesco.
