Claimant says:
"I am a former employee of the Hampton Inn & Suites. Hired on July 2, 2014, and fired on the 4th of August as a result of failed communication between myself and the department head. However, once fired I later realized the company had in fact failed to pay me adequate revenue due to me. My hours of employment was broken down into several payment and not rendered to me. On the fourth of August I was given two pay checks. However, the pay rendered still did not reflect the hours I had previously worked; therefore allowing the company to avoid paying me in overtime as well as holding my pay after termination. Needless, to say this has created a huge financial strain. My question them becomes what is the companies policy and procedure for paying its employees once terminated from employment."
