"i am a female senior citizen and i thought i could trust employees at glendale nissan, i know nothing about cars or buying one , my husband is handicapped and can hardly walk .
mario showed me a car for $7000 , said it was a great car , just came in on a trade ( actually it was bought several months before at an auction) i had it a month and noticed lots of oil all over my driveway so i took it to my mechanic and he said the car had huge problems , at least four days work and thousands of dollars , maybe more once he took it apart . by then it was a few months so he advised me to take it back.
i took it back to the dealer and mario said no problem we can get you another one , they refused to fix it .
he sold me another car for 15,000 , said it was his sisters and he guaranteed me there was nothing wrong with it , it was a certified preowned nissan , had to pass 150 point check. no one said anything about a trade in , they were taking my car back and selling me a different one . i asked steve in finance if he credited me my payments and down payment and he said yes .
right away a sensor light started coming on for a tire , i having it filled and was told it was because of the cold , finally i took it in for a free oil change and they said it needed a sensor ans also a serpentine belt needed changing right away , also it had a leak somewhere , really in three months ?? this wasn't covered by a nissan plan that i bought and was told it covered everything for five years . then i took it to suburban tire to be looked at , i was told the rear brakes were 85% gone and rotors could not be turned .
then a friend of mine looked at it and said the grinding with the remote starter was the starter ? going bad . he also said the car had been through a flood as the wheels were completely rusted .
i was so upset i went back again and a new finance guy told me no problem , they would not fix it but could sell me a new car for $22,000 again no one said anything about a trade in , they were taking the car back because it has lots of problems , this guy knew i really couldn't even afford a new car but i had no choice . robert burger had me give him $7000 and $1700 for taxes and credit me $4000 for money already paid and i would owe $10,000 more , so i agreed , he kept calling me honey and i did sign a contract but stupidly didn't look at it and did not get a copy , he said he would send it to me . one month later i got a bill for $32,000 , i called robert and he said nissan was screwed up and he would fix it , not to pay it because i would get a new statement , i kept calling him and usually couln't get through but when i did he said he was taking care of it and not to worry . some days i called five times , he must have caller id .
after a few months of sleepless nights and being a nervous wreck i called robert and asked the payoff amount because i was worried about my credit . i told him i needed the amount and i would come in with two checks , actually from credit cards with o % finance charge for 18 months . i was suppose to come in on monday and he called and said to come in on tuesday and the payoff was 10,000 and some change. i got there on tuesday and he had been let go . i was told then that i actually owed $33,000 , I WAS HYSTERICAL , I HAD ALREADY PAID $14,000, general manager keith said he could take off $10,000 but i would still owe $23,000 , i can't pay that , i would loose my home . i had asked for the general manager both times i brought a car back and mario said he was never there , he said he is always there . i would swear on a stack of bibles all this is true and take a lie detector test too . i was targeted for being a female senior citizen and they sure got me .
PLEASE HELP ME !!"
