Claimant says:
"He did some landscaping work for me. He didn't complete the work.He was supposed to come back the next day to finish up.He never showed.After I called him several times I gave up.
He was supposed to come on a monthly basis but now I don't want him.
In addition he took some plants and was going to bring them back and re install when the ground he prepped for weeds was ready.
I have telephoned him several times to bring the plants back but he ignores my calls.They always go to voice mail. Yesterday I telephoned the local Sheriff's office and asked them to call him which they did.The Deputy called me back and said I should call him between 4-6pm and he would work with me. I called 3 times but the call went to voice mail."
