Claimant says:
"A deck we had installed 4 years ago has developed ugly black spots that looks like mold. We approached them and asked why . They did not know and admitted to others having similar problems. They recommended a cleaner but could not guarantee it would work. It did not. When we approached them again we were told we did not do it correctly. We asked if they could provide someone to do the work and they said someone would call us. After a second reminder someone called but had no idea what to do. When we asked if he would come look at it he said he would call but we never heard from him again.We wrote a letter expressing our displeasure and asking them for a resolution. We have received no response. We are not sure if the wood is inferior or if it is something else but we are sure they are continuing to sell it.
We just want the deck we paid for. If it can be repaired fine. Otherwise we want it replaced.
Right now it is sitting with nothing on it after pressure washing it and trying their cleaner and waiting to hear from them."
