"Buyers please make sure you check the BBB rating on Angel's Touch Home Improvement. The contractor is a good salesperson but cannot deliver quality work.
I contracted with Angel's Touch Home Improvement to paint the interior of my residential home. I was informed by Angel that prior to painting all prep work would be done i.e. plaster cracks and caulk gaps. While there were a couple of rooms that I really like. Most of the house lacked a professional appearance."

  • Checking the BBB may not give you a true picture of the business. It would be better to get a reference from someone the business has serviced before. I know it is inconvenient, but a better gage than using the BBB. They are on the side business and complaints are not always noted honestly on their website. When they are a go between and do not truly investigate complaints. I filed my complaint with them regarding a breach of contract and they closed the case when I did not accept the terms of the agreement that the business presented without even talking to me. So don't think you can depend on their ratings when judging a company. That would be a big mistake.
