Claimant says:
"I contacted All Phase about installing Vinyl Siding,Windows,Patio Door,Soffett , & Facia on my house the 22nd of July 2014. At that time their sales rep(Danny) came to our house for a demo, after the demo we submitted a work order for the siding windows & patio doors.We
were not told that we only had 3 days to cancel. I signed the work order in good faith with the understanding that All Phase would get me financed within 3 days but it took them 7 days to get financeing and then they were $5000.00 short and I was told that if we wanted the Soffett and Facia that I would have to pay the $5000.00 up front (Which I do not have) when I told them this. They became very hostile and said that they had allready ordered the supplies and could not return them. In t5he firswt place I never did tell them to go ahead and order the supplies. When I told them this on the 29th They informed me that they would take a lien out on my house. and i responded how can you get a lien on somet6hing that you have not completed. The 14th of Aug I re3ceived a letter from the law offices ofEdwards and Johnson LLC Canton Ga. Stating that I had 10 days to either pay for the material or let All phase do thye work. I am a Disabled Vet and there is no way that I can do that."
