Claimant says:
"Failure to complete my driveway after paying them $3500.00. It's been almost 16 months and the driveway looks worse than it did before resurfacing. The company is diliberately passing the buck and to date has not finished the work. I've been extremely patient with them and now they're playing games by refusing my calls and/or finishing the job properly. I have many pictures to show the results of their unfinished work."

  • This lady has contract us to put texture on her driveway 6-17-13, we finish the work according to the contract, and she was happy and work paid, then 2 months lather she ask us to level an existing step problem from the driveway to the carport area (it was existing from original builder), we told the customer we were not hired for that, even though we insisted that if we do so it may look different that the original texture we applied because is a different concrete batch so it could differ. but she said fine, in fact we did go and leveled it out at no charge and the color looked a bit different, since that she has made us come over like 15 different time to redo that section, which is not going to match, finally we redo the spray over the entire driveway, costing us even more that what she paid, and still wasn't happy, later on she started calling again then we sent the installers to clean it again and to add sealer to make it stronger and make her happy, and even that after we cleaned with acid and remove all dirty section, she insist in a one more time redo the driveway. we have done more than is in our hands to make this lady happy.
    she calls with nasty messages, racism, and offending everyone, we even have voicemails saved. and emails. where any other company would turned their face away from this customer and not come back. even though we have come back but seems like she does not understand it.
    this is a texture spray paint on top of her existing main driveway. and if it gets dirty is her responsibility to clean it.
    once again I am willing to add more sealer, and she does not wants it. she wants a brand new design.

  • if the job was not to her satisfaction at the time we finished she would never paid us. and besides that the contract states 1 year labor warranty and we still here tried to make her happy. there is so much abuse we can take.
