Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This company provided emergency type service to my a/c unit in ocala,florida on 21 August 2014. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. The service technician then stated the bill would be $225 and change but if I would give them a check made out to cash the charge would be $200 even. I agreed and then asked for an invoice substantiating this charge.
The owner then stated he would mail me an invoice to which i agreed and the service people then departed. After a week had passed I called ac solutions to ask if they had mailed my invoice. They replied no but they would bring one out to me at my home on Wednesday 3 September 2014. This never happened so I once again called to ask what was the situation on the invoice. I asked them to mail the invoice to me. I also stated i think I was over charged as they had stated to me a capacitor had to be replaced plus a fuse and i wanted documentation of the repairs. The company representative then asked for my mailing address, which I gave to them. To this date 24 September I have not receive any documentation of the repairs or the courtesy of a phone call.
